Building Cultural Responsiveness

The Building Cultural Responsiveness program is tailored for teams that frequently engage with Indigenous peoples and also serve individuals from a wide range of cultural backgrounds. This training equips participants with the skills to quickly assess an individual’s cultural requirements and adjust their interactions accordingly to enhance outcomes and customer satisfaction. Rather than relying on memorization of common cultural beliefs, which may become outdated or inaccurate, this program emphasizes the ability to identify and respond effectively to the unique cultural preferences of each person encountered. By integrating key components of our Indigenous Cultural Workshops, this offering utilises examples from First Nations culture to illustrate adaptable techniques and skills applicable across all cultural groups. The program enables teams to foster culturally responsive engagement, which can contribute to improved client engagement, better service delivery, and improved outcomes.

We provide our training both in-person at your location or online through any videoconferencing platform you choose.
